Hi I'm Hollie (She/Her)
I'm a passionate ultra marathon runner (as well as a mum, dog-walker, and run volunteer in between). After years exploring beautiful routes and taking on big challenges, I realised that the smell of a forest after it's rained is pretty good for your mental health. This was something I wanted to make more accessible to others.
Talking Trails is all about the power of movement and helping others discover the sensory wonder of the trails. Somewhere to be your true self, to feel more confident, connected, and inspired outdoors. Come share your stories with a community of people building their physical and mental welbeing outdoors.
