About the event
A big one to close out the year: 15 miles through the Welsh valleys from Bridgend, finishing with a well-earned sauna and cold plunge at Willow Springs
When: Sunday 8th November, 7:30am start
Distance: 15 miles, 4 hours ish, gentle run pace & we will hike the hills.
Route: Starting in Bridgend, up through the valleys up to Glyncorrwg.
Price: £45pp, includes the run, sauna and cold plunge
Trail trainers recommended.
