Cancellation Policy

1. Booking All sessions must be booked in advance through our official booking system. • Your place is confirmed once full payment has been made • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis 2. Cancellation • We do not offer refunds on booked sessions • Up to 24 hours before the session → You can reschedule • Less than 24 hours before the session → No rescheduling If Talking Trails cancels a session (for example due to unsafe weather), you will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another session. 3. Rescheduling • You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the event • Rescheduling is subject to availability • Each booking can only be rescheduled once 4. Waitlist If a session is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. • Places are offered in order as they become available • You will be notified and given a limited time to book • If you do not respond in time, the place will be offered to the next person Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place. 5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows • Sessions aim to start on time and cannot be delayed for late arrivals • If you miss the session, it will be treated as a no-show • No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled 6. Transfers Bookings are non-transferable to another person unless agreed in advance.
